North Korea's FM Ri Su-yong

North Korea's Foreign Minister Ri Su-yong left for Mongolia on a rare overseas trip that will also take him to Geneva to attend a session of the U.N. Human Rights Council, Pyongyang's state news agency said Saturday.
The North's Korean Central News Agency, in a one-sentence dispatch, reported Ri's overseas travel but gave no further details, including the purpose of his trip to Mongolia.
