The Palestinian Health Ministry said on Thursday that a Palestinian youth was killed at the hands of Israeli forces near Zaatara checkpoint south of Nablus.

In a statement wired on the Palestinian news agency WAFA, the ministry said the identity of the deceased is still unknown.

Palestinian medical sources said Israeli forces refused to hand over the body of the deceased to the Red Crescent team at the scene and took the body to an unknown destination.
