The current Palestinian situation where children, women and the elderly struggle against the Israeli occupation has become a matter of 'to exist or not exist', Deputy Governor of Tubas Ahmad al Asaad said.

Speaking to MENA correspondent, Asaad said the constant Israeli violations against the Palestinian people have made them stronger and more determined.

Tubas, northeast of the West Bank, is a strategic site for resisting the occupation as it is located near the Jordanian-Lebanese border, he said.
