A Palestinian young man was killed by Israeli troops in the West Bank city of Ramallah Friday, Palestinian medics told MENA.

Abdel Rahman al Barghouthi, 26, was shot dead by the Israeli forces in northwestern Ramallah. It was claimed that he was attempting to stab an Israeli soldier.

Some Palestinians took the body of al Barghouthi before the Israeli forces arrived at the scene, stressing he was killed during a rally in support of Al Quds.
