The Palestinian Health Ministry on Monday announced the death of a Palestinian youth who was shot by the Israeli occupation forces over claims of stabbing a settler in in southeastern Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.

Palestinian local sources said a number of settlers gathered near Taqoaa settlement and blocked traffic.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces were deployed in the surroundings of the settlement after the incident.
