A Palestinian youth was wounded Sunday when Israeli troops opened fire at him at the entrance to Beit Amr town, northern Hebron. 

They claimed the youth had run over a person, according to WAFA news agency. 

The troops opened fire at Khaled Ahmed Khalil, 23, wounding him in his leg, Palestinian sources said. 

He was left to bleed till death, they added.
