The South Korean ferry Sewol

The fugitive chauffeur of the sunken ferry Sewol's dead owner turned himself in to the prosecution on Tuesday to face charges that he helped his employer evade a massive manhunt to hold him responsible for the ferry sinking that claimed over 300 lives, prosecutors said.
Yang Hoe-jeong, 55, voluntarily showed up at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office at about 8 a.m., more than an hour after expressing his intention to surrender by phone.
