Suffocation Cases in Jenin Clashes with Israeli Troops

Several Palestinians suffocated by inhaling teargas on Wednesday during clashes with Israeli forces in the village of Fandaqumia, to the south of Jenin, according to security sources.

Sources told WAFA that Israeli troops stormed the village and raided and searched the house of Husam Dahoun, a Palestinian prisoner in Israeli jails, which provoked clashes with local teenagers.

The army fired tear gas canisters, stun grenades and rubber-coated bullets to disperse the angry locals, causing many suffocation cases among them.
