Moroccan cyclist Adel Jalul Casablanca - Said Ali Adel Jalul is confident the future of cycling in Morocco is in safe hands. The Moroccan cyclist, who leads the way in the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) singles rankings believes his country can dominate the sport at the regional level for years to come. Morocco is currently ranked number one in the both the individual and team UCI rankings. Jalul told Arab Today that successful displays in national competitions such at the Tour of Morocco would see Morocco maintain its advantage over the likes of Gabon, Algeria, Rwanda. Morocco has topped the UCI team ranking for the fourth consecutive year, with a score of 929 points. Eritrea, Algeria and South Africa are in second, third and fourth place. In the individual rankings, Jalal tops the table ahead of his African rivals with 223 points.
