Colombian Rescuers on Sunday continued searching for the 11 people missing in a building collapse the previous day in the northwestern city of Medellin, local media reported. The unaccounted for included nine building maintenance workers, one guard and one resident. The 22-story structure fell to the ground Saturday night, after a total evacuation was ordered Friday after cracks were found. Deputy Housing Minister Guillermo Herrera said builder of the building should be blamed for the accident.
