Two people were dead and 16 others were injured in an explosion in the parking lot of the governors office in southern Turkey's Adana province early Thursday.

    Several ambulances and police teams were seen rushing towards the area, according to Anadolu Agency (AA). According to preliminary reports, a car exploded in the parking lot, causing damage to nearby vehicles and the governor's building.
