Twenty-six people were trapped after a coal mine flooded in northeast China\'s Heilongjiang Province. The flooding happened around noon Tuesday when 32 miners were working underground at Hengtai Coal Mine in Boli County in the city of Qitaihe, according to a spokesman with the provincial work safety bureau. Six miners were lifted out of the shaft while 26 others were still trapped, said the spokesman. Rescue efforts are underway.
