At least three people were reportedly killed and 12 persons were injured after a building collapsed in Maharashtra Nagar, Mumbai on Thursday. 
The security officials have launched a rescue operation to evacuate people out of the debris. 
Till now, 12 of them have been pulled out of the debris. 
The reason of the building collapse has not yet been ascertained. The injured have been rushed the nearby hospital for treatment.
