Four people were killed and five policemen injured when a speeding truck rammed into a police jeep and another truck carrying cattle in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh on Monday, said police. The incident took place at the state\'s Chandauli district when police were escorting a truck suspected to be carrying stolen cattle to police station. Four people sitting in a speeding truck which struck the police jeep and another truck died on the spot. Traffic accidents take place frequently in India due to reckless driving, bad road control and crowded road conditions.
