Six miners were killed and six others injured in a coal mine accident in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Tuesday, according to the region's mine safety supervisory agency. It is not immediately known what had happened underground when the accident took place on Tuesday at Hongxing Coal Mine in Changji City.
