Seven teenagers and young men were arrested for questioning Wednesday about a fire that killed a woman and her three children in Leicester, England. The detainees range in age from 16 to 24, the Leicester Mercury reported. Police said they were picked up in raids in the city and did not release details about the grounds for the arrests. Kemo Anthony Porter, 18, was charged last Friday with the murder of Shehnila Taufiq and her children, Zainab, Bilal and Jamil. The bodies were found in the ruins of their home after the Sept. 12 fire, and medical examiners said they died of smoke inhalation. Dr. Muhammad Taufiq al Sattar was in Ireland at the time of the fire that killed his family where he is a consultant at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin. He told The Irish Times his wife and daughter were planning to join him in Dublin, while his sons would remain in Leicester.
