An emotionally unstable man brandishing scissors stabbed or slashed at least five people in a park along the Hudson River in New York Tuesday, police said. The police said a man was in custody, but did not provide other details on the attack in Manhattan\'s Upper West Side, The New York Times reported. Police said the man assaulted a father pushing his toddler in a stroller, injuring them both. Three other people were stabbed. \"I basically just saw a woman crying,\" a sanitation worker, Shurrita Fields, told WNBC-TV. \"She was bleeding from the neck.\"
