British air strikes

UK Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday that it has conducted air strikes against Daesh targets in Syria and Iraq over the past few days.

A statement published on the website of the ministry said that Tornados hit two targets in the Tigris valley on Sunday, while Typhoons and a Reaper worked together against Daesh positions north of Mosul.

On Thursday, Typhoons attacked a Daesh command post in eastern Syria, while around Mosul, Tornados and a Reaper attacked three terrorist targets.

A day later, Tornados struck terrorist positions in the Tigris valley south of Mosul, while Typhoons destroyed two trucks in the desert in western Iraq.
