James \"Whitey\" Bulger\'s attorneys in Boston say prosecutors provided multiple copies of documents in the 360,000 pages they received, court papers show. In court documents filed Thursday, defense attorneys J.W. Carney Jr. and Henry B. Brennan said they have received 45 copies of the same FBI report, 27 of which disclose the name of the source of information and 18 in which the name is not provided, the Boston Globe said Friday. \"The defense must not only review every document but attempt to cross-reference similar documents to determine the subtle differences between duplicate versions of the same report. This time drain could be avoided if the government meaningfully reviewed,\" the documents prior to producing them, the attorneys wrote. A long-time FBI informant, Bulger fled before his 1995 indictment after being tipped off he was about to be arrested. He is charged with 19 homicides and was on the FBI\'s Ten Most wanted list before his capture last year.
