Police said Friday they have sought an arrest warrant for the son-in-law of late former president Park Chung-hee on charges of defaming and diffusing false rumors about the president\'s only son. Shin Dong-uk, 43, the husband of Park\'s second daughter Geun-ryoung, is suspected of raising false accusations that he was abducted in 2007 by an aide and relative of Park Ji-man, the late president\'s son. Under orders from the junior Park, Shin alleged that his kidnappers took him to China and threatened to kill him, the Gangnam Police Station said.
