If a single winner emerges Wednesday, the payout would be $230.3 million in cash after taxes. Gloria C. Mackenzie, 84, of Zephyrhills, Fla., in June took home Powerball\'s largest payout ever -- a one-time payment of $370 million, before taxes. The odds of an exact match of all six numbers are 1 in 175.2 million.
