Lawyers said they plan to seek damages and file an injunction against the French magazine that published topless photos of Catherine Middleton. The duke and duchess of Cambridge\'s lawyers are scheduled to appear in a Paris court Monday to stop the publication of more photos of Middleton sunbathing while on vacation last month in Provence, France, the BBC reported Sunday. \"It is the first airing and we will be seeking an injunction from them using the pictures and it will lead to a longer court case where damages will be sought,\" said a spokesman for St. James\' Place. The photographs were initially featured in the French magazine Chi, and later in the Irish Daily Star. Northern and Shell and Independent News and Media, the co-owners of the Irish Daily Star, have condemned the publication of the topless photos, saying they had no editorial control over the newspaper. \"I am very angry at the decision to publish these photographs and am taking immediate steps to close down the joint venture,\" said Richard Desmond, chairman of Northern and Shell.
