Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro on Wednesday praised bilateral talks during Lavrov\'s visit to the South American country. After Wednesday\'s talks, Lavrov and Maduro signed an agreement on the establishment and operation of scientific and cultural centers, in line with which Russia will set up a Russian language and culture center in Caracas. The two ministers also signed a plan of consultations until 2014 and a joint statement.
