A small seaplane crashed in southern Russia on Sunday night, killing three people onboard, the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry said. The crash occurred at 8:50 p.m. Moscow time (1650 GMT) in the Krasnodar region, when the plane was conducting a crop-dusting operation, the Interfax news agency quoted local authorities as saying. All three people onboard -- two pilots and one passenger -- were found dead when rescuers arrived at the scene shortly after the crash, said the emergency authorities.
