A total of 166 people were killed and three people were missing in floods that have inundated northern Thailand since July 25, national disaster relief authorities said Tuesday. More than two million people in 23 provinces were affected by the floods, the country\'s Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department said in a report on its official website. The Department reported the death toll at 136 last Thursday.
