A Ukrainian delegation headed by Defense Minister Mykhailo Yezhel arrived in Brazil on September 26 for talks on military and space cooperation. Ukraine and Brazil set up Alcantara Cyclone Space in 2006 as part of a large-scale program to send the Cyclone-4 Launch Vehicle into space by 2012.
