Mount Lebanon Investigative Judge Rami Abdallah issued on Wednesday indictment over Achkout crime in which he asked for hard labor for life to the detained Toni Abboud. 
The file will be referred to the Accusatory body in Mount Lebanon to issue its decision in accordance to what it deems appropriate and then to refer it to the Mount Lebanon Criminal Court.
