Amman - Iman Youssef
Jordan's Raghda Al-Momani decided to make a venture from home to earn money. She chose to produce aromatic oils produced by her hand to meet the beauty needs of ladies and girls.
Al-Momani told Arabs Today that she thought to found a project different from others that would fit her interests and could be a suitable home project for the raw materials in her area in Ajloun, north of the capital Amman. She found producing of aromatic oils, in which olive oil is used mainly, is a different venture.
"I joined more than six courses held by a group of associations for the extraction of essential oils and how to use materials to produce oils in quantities specified to be extracted as required," she said.
She indicated that she uses lemon and orange peel, dry grains, rosemary and other plants, noting that the main material used to produce essential oil is olive oil or corn oil, which takes production of one species from 20-25 days.
Al-Momani stresses that she searched on the internet to collect the benefits of all essential oils and has recently created a handbook, in which she collected the benefits of the oils she produces so that she can explain the usefulness of the oil produced to the customers.
