Algeria condemns Saudi mosque attack

Algeria's foreign ministry's spokesman Abdulaziz bin Ali al Sharif denounced on Saturday Saudi mosque attack that left several people dead and wounded in the eastern Saudi city of al Ahsa.

He called for coordinated international efforts to counter the growing threats of terrorism, Algeria Press Service quoted al Sharif as saying.

Expressing condolences, the spokesman said that the attack is aimed at stoking hatred and destabilizing security in the region.
