Al Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el Tayyeb on Friday mourned the police personnel who were killed in a terrorist attack in El Wahat area in Giza governorate.

In a statement, Al Azhar expressed full solidarity with the armed and police forces alongside all state agencies in their effort to eradicate terrorism.

The statement offered sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
