Egypt strongly condemned on Monday the terrorist attack that hit Constantine city of Algeria. 

In a statement, the foreign ministry expressed its wishes of a speedy recovery to the victims, stressing Egypt's solidarity with the Algerian authorities and people.

The attack, which occurred on Sunday, left a number of policemen wounded.
