Egypt's Mufti Shawqi Allam condemned Sunday a terror attack in the Pakistani city of Lahore, killing and injuring dozens.

Terrorism is longer limited to a country in particular, but crosses boundaries to reach many states, Allam said, urging international cooperation to counter this malicious phenomena.

He offered condolences to the families of victims, and wished speed recovery for the wounded people.

At least 50 people have been killed and many others injured in an explosion at a park in the eastern Pakistani city of Lahore, officials said.
