Egypt's Grand Mufti Shawky Allam mourned on Thursday victims of fire that erupted at Jazan Hospital of Saudi Arabia.

He offered his condolences to Saudi Arabia's government, people and victims' families and wished the injured speedy recovery.

Earlier, 25 people were killed and 107 others wounded when a fire broke out in Jazan hospital in southwestern the kingdom.

The fire broke out at 2:00 a.m. today on the first floor of the hospital that houses the intensive care department and nursery and maternity ward.

Reason behind the fire has not been immediately known.
