Head of the Egyptian community in Libya Alaa Hadoura condemned on Saturday the suicide attack that targeted a security training center in the western Libyan city of Zliten, resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries.

Speaking to MENA, Hadoura said the blast highlighted the importance of unity among all Libyans to fight terrorism.

He offered his condolences to the families of the victims of this "heinous act".

Hadoura urged all the Libyan factions to enhance their efforts to restore stability in Libya, and overcome their domestic differences to fight terrorism and reconstruct their country.
