His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, has sent a cable of condolences to Afghanistan President, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, over the victims of the terrorist attack that targeted a cultural centre in Kabul, leaving dozens killed or injured.

HRH Crown Prince prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the souls of the victims inn eternal peace, and bless the wounded with quick recovery.
