Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah Monday sent a cable to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, condoling with him for the death of citizens in a recent boat sinking off the coastal town of Rosetta, KUNA reported Monday. 

Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah sent similar cables to the president.
