Palestinian FM condemns Israeli settlement systematic aggression

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry on Sunday condemned the systematic Israeli settlement aggression on the lands of the Palestinian state.

In a statement, the ministry condemned allowing Israeli settlers to storm houses in Khalil city (Hebron) in the occupied West Bank under the protection of the occupation army.

The ministry also denounced statements by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who said at Sunday's cabinet meeting that Israel will allow the settlers evicted from two houses in Hebron to return once the proper paperwork is in order.

Netanyahu affirmed that his government supports the settlements, "especially in days like these, when they are under terror attacks."

In a statement, the ministry urged the international community to oblige Israel as an occupying force to end the occupation of the land of the State of Palestine.
