Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh condemned the terrorist explosion which struck the Russian city of St. Petersburg, leaving several innocent people injured. He sent a cable of condolences to the Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin denouncing such heinous acts which target innocent people’s lives and contravene human principles and religious precepts. The Shura Council chairman wished the injured people quick recovery and the Russian Federation security. He also sent a cable of condolences to Russian Ambassador to Bahrain Vagif Garaev.
