The Egyptian League champion’s star Mohamed Barakat fractured his arm during his team\'s camp and he will be out of field for four weeks. “Barakat needs for four weeks to repair the fractured arm,” Ahly doctor Walid Abdel-Baky said on the club’s official site. The 34-year-old midfielder sustained the injury when he was joking with one of his teammates during Ahly’s camp for the African encounter on Sunday. Barakat underwent primary tests showing he won’t be able to take part in the Red Devils’ game against Morocco side Wydad Casablanca in the groups stage of the CAF Champions League on Sunday. Herby, Ahly technical staff has recalled starlet midfielder Shehab Ahmed to take Barakat\'s place in the African showdown. “Shehab Ahmed has been included in Sunday’s squad for the Wydad game, replacing injured Barakat,” Ahly football director Sayed Abdel-Hafez announced on Ahly’s official site. Ahly will host Morocco’s Wydad Casablanca in the African Champions League Group B opener at Cairo’s Military Academy Stadium behind closed doors, due to a sanction imposed on Ahly by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
