Kumho Tire Co., South Korea\'s second-largest tire maker, said Thursday that it will sponsor the New York Jets football team as part of its sports marketing strategy to bolster its brand image in the United States. The 2011-2013 season deal with the popular National Football League (NFL) team is expected to help the tiremaker\'s marketing efforts in New York, which has the largest concentration of consumers in the United States.
