The Eredivisie giants are keen to lure the holding midfielder back to Eindhoven this summer, and have tabled a deal for the experienced Netherlands international .Veteran Mark van Bommel could be on his way out of AC Milan at the end of the season as PSV have proposed the Dutchman a contract.The midfielder has an expiring deal at the Rossoneri and is continually being linked with a return to the club where he rose to prominence before joining Barcelona in 2005.PSV had yet to make a move for the 34-year-old until now, but sporting director Marcel Brands has now confirmed that the Eredivisie outfit have offered Van Bommel a contract.\"The ball is now in Mark\'s court.
