Algerian athlete Slimane Moulay on Tuesday has won the third International Marathon of Algiers clocking a time of 2:09:11. Moulay won men’s event ahead of El Houari Smara (2:10:45) and Al Hachemi Abed (2:13:44). While Fatma Hachani of Bezons (France) won the women’s event clocking a time of 3:10:02, ahead of Fatima Remal (3:16:05) and Malika Mokrani (3:22:08).
