Bahrain claimed the gold and silver medals in the women's 1,500 meters at the 17th Asian Games being held in Incheon, South Korea till October 4.
Maryam Yusuf Isa Jamal finished first in 4 min 09.90 secs, while the other Bahraini athlete Mimi Belete Gebregeiorges (4 min 11.03 secs) was second, and the Indian OP Jaisha finished third with a timing of four minutes 13.46 secs.
