Algerian team

President Abdelaziz Bouteflika hailed the Algerian team’s bright victory,  Sunday, against their South Korean counterparts in the final round of the 2014 World Cup which is taking place in Brazil, ensuring that this victory materializes the Algerian people’s hopes.
“We followed the game you played against South Korea at the final round of the 2014 World Cup with joy and pride,” said the President in a message to the players of the national team and the technical staff, adding that “the Servant of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah as well as the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan underlined to the Algerian government that the Algerian team lived up to the expectations of not only the Algerian people but also the Arab-Muslim nation.”
Abdelaziz Bouteflika exhorted the team and its staff to “continue” on this path to offer more joy to the people and fans that support them “in Algeria and worldwide.”
“I pray to God Almighty to guide you to win other triumphs and accomplishments,” concluded the chief of State.
