CAF Champions League

ES Setif has been crowned African football club champion after its 1-1 draw against AS Vita Club of the Democratic Republic of Congo in the second leg of CAF Champions League final, played Saturday in Blida (50km south of Algiers).      
The goals of the game were scored by Younes in the 48th minute for ESS and Lema-Mabidi in the 52nd minute for AS Vita Club.
In the first leg match, played last Sunday in Kinshasa, the two teams drew 2-2.
It is the second African title for  ES Setif, after that won in 1988, and the fifth for Algeria after those of MC Algiers (1976) and JS Kabylia(1981 and 1990).
Following this victory, ESS is qualified for the FIFA Club World Cup, which will be held in Morocco from 10 to 20 December.
