Tunisian Sami Berhaiem won a silver medal at the 2011 Doha Pan-Arab Games athletics' day-3 pole vault tournament. Berhaiem ranked second when making a leap of 5m 05, after Moroccan gold medalist Mohsen Cheouri (with 5m 10) and ahead of Kuwaiti Fahd Almershad, bronze medalist, with 4m 90.
