H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, today attended the marathon staged by the Ras al-Khaimah Academy as of the concluding activities of its annual Sports Week on the Academy campus.

Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Sheikh Saqr bin Abdullah bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Youssef El Achkar, Chairman of the Board of Governors, Ross Hall, Executive Principal, and faculty members also attended the sports activities, which involved nearly 3,000 students.

The event aimed to promote sports as a way of life, and competition among students.
