The Sports Competitions of the seventh edition of the Schools Olympic Program (SOP) under theme of “Sport and Integrity” will be kicked off on Tuesday. The SOP first round will feature the beginning of basketball competitions for the preparatory and secondary schools as well as football competitions for preparatory schools. The basketball competitions will be held at the Qatar Basketball Federation (QBF) indoor hall while the football competitions will be staged at Al Gharafa Sports club and Al Sadd Sports Club. The SOP is annual program being organized by the Qatar Olympic Committee and the Supreme education Council in cooperation with the Qatar School Sports Federation. The new partners of the seventh edition are the ministry of interior, the International Centre for Sport Security, the Qatar National Anti-Doping Commission, and the Anti-Doping Laboratory, Qatar.
