Zamalek handball team mission returned home on Saturday evening after being crowned African handball champions.

The eight-time African champions, Zamalek won the African Champions League after beating Tunisian Club Africain 35/22.

The African champions had a brilliant run in the tournament, overcoming Al Ahly in the quarter-final and beating Espérance Sportive de Tunis in the competition’s semi-final.
