The Religious Advisor of Palestinian Authority (PA) Mahmoud al Habbash underlined that Egypt always supports the Palestinian cause and constitutes a strategic depth for Palestine.

He further stressed that there are historic relations between the two nations.

The official's remarks came during the meeting held with Egyptian Ambassador to Palestine Wael Nasr Eldin here on Thursday.
